Vocational Training

Youth play a vital part in furthering the economy of the village and also setting up trends for the future generations. ASHA-ODISHA with the support of ACC Cement has organized several vocational training so that they could get employment opportunities and realize their potential in gainful engagement. Efforts were to make these training programmes job linked so that the participants could be assured that the successful completion of such programme could directly make them eligible for some technical job. A total of 25 youth got employment through this intervention.

Some of the trades in which we have provided training are given in the table below.
